Love Covenant Church (LCC), founded in August of 1994 by Pastors Tommy L. and Angela P. Frederick, is a multi-cultural, interdenominational church open to all that seek to understand the truth of God’s word.At a prayer service in 1988, the Lord revealed to Tom that he would become a shepherd for God’s people. At the time, the twenty-six year old husband, father, and leader of a singing group entitled “One Accord,” could not envision the call. Because of Tom’s reservations, the Lord reconfirmed His word many times throughout the next five years. During that period, both Tom and Angela matured spiritually, and all uncertainties about their calling were removed.
