Senior Health Associates is collaborative group practice which was opened in the Midlands in 1999 by Dr. Keith Guest following completion of his Geriatric Fellowship at Palmetto Richland. Since that time we have provided in home care to over 5000 patients, in over 50 facilities. We are the largest provider of home based geriatric care in South Carolina.Our providers are board certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Care.Our physicians and geriatric nurse practitioners work in teams to provide the highest level of care to our patients. Your initial visit at home will most often be with a nurse practitioner who can perform an overall assessment of your health and communicate any special needs to our physicians. Our patients may request an appointment with our physicians at any time through our office. We accept new patients through appointment with our office.
